overseeing, and managing well intervention operations.
Course Description
This Level 4 program is designed for supervisory personnel responsible for ensuring operational safety,
barrier management, risk assessment, and compliance during well intervention activities. It focuses on
advanced completions, contingency planning, and operational oversight.

- Supervise completion equipment operations
- Plan and manage well intervention operations safely and efficiently
- Apply advanced barrier management and risk assessment techniques
- Integrate optional modules (Wireline, Coiled Tubing, Snubbing) into supervisory decision-making
- Prepare for and successfully complete IWCF Level 4 assessments
Course Schedule
- Day 1–4: Training in Mandatory and Optional Modules (Completion Equipment,
Completion Operations, Wireline/Coiled Tubing/Snubbing as selected)
- Day 5: IWCF Assessment (Pass mark: 70%)
